Bio of the speaker:

Burcu has over 20 years of human resources experience both in Turkey and Canada across various industries as a recruiter, consultant, HR business partner and Talent manager. Over the last five years, she has been working on talent strategy for Bell Canada focusing on talent management, leadership diversity inclusion, upskilling and reskilling.

She is an alumni of 4 different colleges and universities in 2 different countries, an immigrant woman and mother of 2 boys!
