She previously served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from Georgia State University. Her research focuses on marketing strategy\, international marketing\, social media\, and sustainability\, with publications in journals such as the Journal of International Business Studies\, International Business Review\, and Thunderbird International Business Review. She has taught undergraduate and MBA courses\, reviewed for multiple journals and the Research Grants Council of Hong Kong\, and has industry experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers\, Deloitte\, and Peugeot.\nDr. Ozturk has been invited to speak at multiple universities and institutions on the use of AI in higher education. She was also selected for USC’s Propel AI program and the Provost’s AI Teaching Fellowship\, both aimed at advancing AI integration in teaching and research.
